Roger Van Deusen and Thomas
Wagner have over fifty years of combined legal experience, having been partners in the same firm for fifteen years
prior to starting their own firm in January of 2002. They enjoy an excellent reputation in the local legal
community, including the judiciary, as serious, highly competent attorneys and aggresive yet smart litigators.
In addition to the representation of hundreds of clients over the years, they have each gained invaluable
insights and enhanced standing from their experience as arbitrators.

by referrals from other lawyers, accountants, investment advisors, stockbrokers, and satisfied clients. We enjoy long-standing

Van Deusen & Wagner has extensive experience in securities law, stockbroker malpractice and fraud, and investor
representation. Each of our attorneys serves as an arbitrator with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD),
and Thomas Wagner also serves as an arbitrator and mediator with the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Both attorneys are
involved with local and state bar associations and continue to grow in our practice areas through Continuing Legal Education
seminars and other legal conferences.
