Burke v. Money Concepts – 5 Million-Dollar class action settlement for 50 customers of financial advisor who bilked client accounts.

Morris v. GF Office Furniture Systems – 2 million dollars worth of medical expenses and severance pay recovered in class action for retired workers of closed Youngstown furniture manufacturing plant.

Dorlis Ray v. Plaza Mini Storage – Lorain County, Ohio jury awards $160,000 compensatory damages and $250,000 in punitive damages against owner of storage facility who removed client belongings without notice.
